What a great company to deal with. All were very professional and polite. The tent was a 40 x 40 pole tent with side curtains and 2 chandeliers. My daughter’s wedding was beautiful. Thanks to all at Wahl tent.

We had Wahl tent supply. 100 X 40 tent with two adjacent 20 X20 tents, including two bars , stage, dance floor, tables, chairs and linens. What an exceptional company they are! The crew pulled up in two trucks, actually cared enough to hold a couple of branches back and began their day. Brian the lead was an exceptional leader, he treated his crew with respect, they showed him respect in return. It took them all day 9:30 – 6:00, they never slowed or complained. They were careful not to damage any of my adjacent gardens. The tent was clean, linens clearly marked. In planning a wedding there are so many facets to plan and work out, it was refreshing to have such professionalism on the job. I highly recommend this company!

I extend sincere thanks to the entire team at Wahl Tents as they provided exceptional customer service and installed tents which were beyond our hopes and expectations. We were simply blown away by the 40x 45 E!Span tent which was absolutely perfect for hosting our community reception at the Henry Ford Estate for the Inauguration of Dr. Grasso.  The clear top allowed us to feel as if we were outside in the sunshine as it was a glorious day.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with as she was patient as we went through many committee meetings, changes, requests, tweaks and revisions of the bid and contract. It was an arduous process for her I am sure. All the hard work is much appreciated as we achieved our goal of hosting an amazing event.

Now, the unsung heroes at Wahl Tent – the crew and installers.  As an event planner I know that if you “do it right” no one will know you were even there – that it all happens magically! If only we had magic wands. But the truth is it’s hard, hard work. I especially appreciate those who rarely get the credit. The ones who pack the trucks, do the heavy lifting, plan the work and the logistics, who build the tent in a half day on-site in cold and windy weather and who are at our (the client’s) beck and call to change this or add that.  Wow! I know how hard it is – and you’re rarely the people who receive the accolades you deserve.  Your work is important and it did not go unnoticed by me. Thank you.

(Brian and John were exceptional on-site and I’m truly grateful for their work, attention to detail and taking great care on the Estate property. I was not on-site for the break-down but I am sure that crew was fantastic as well.)

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to you and your team for their extraordinary service yesterday. Setting up a 120×40’ tent on a busy street is challenging but doing that in pouring rain while dodging student and city traffic is another thing entirely. The tent and rentals were essential for the groundbreaking for our new theater complex and jazz center. I want to personally acknowledge Brian who handled all these obstacles in his stride and who led his crew of Kevin, Josh, Antonio, Nate, and Chandler to erect the tent and set the tables and chairs in record time. I couldn’t believe how they were able to expedite the whole process so quickly in spite of the thunderstorms!

WAHL Tents never fails to deliver excellent service. I’m always grateful to Stephanie who provides great recommendations and also rolls smoothly with our changes and pivots. All of these factors are the reason that Wayne State and our Special Events Office has you folks on speed dial!

The entire process of booking our wedding ceremony chairs through Wahl Tents was a breeze. Not only was the price right, the service was great as well. The salesperson I worked with was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions/concerns I had via email and phone. Even with the change of location the day of the wedding due to some severe weather, our chairs were set up in the new location on-time, exactly as requested! 🙂

We had to scramble at the last minute to obtain a tent for our Art Fair musicians. Wahl Tent came through with a setup that met our needs. The Performing Arts coordinator for the Art Fair was very satisfied and pleased with the product, delivery, installation, and pick-up. I first met Wahl Tents at a bridal show last January. My son and his fiancé were planning for a wedding in June, so our planning time was a little tight. Karen was our representative at Wahl and did a spectacular job. She was prompt with answering our questions and we communicated very effectively both over the phone and on email. We never felt ‘unattended’. Also she immediately knew who we were when I called. She was very personable. One thing we did was go to the showroom and see some of the items we were going to use. Although we had a good idea of the visual effects we were attempting to create, going there was great. After that, with Karen’s useful suggestions, we could easily and quickly prepare. The set up and take down was easy as the guys arrived just when we wanted them and made it easy for us. It was very exciting to watch them put it up! We had 200 guests and Wahl’s estimate of the size tent we needed was just right. Even at the last minute when we decided we needed extra tables and glassware, they immediately accommodated us. I would recommend them heartily to you. They helped decrease our stress by their great customer service and lovely tents, linens and tableware.

We have been remiss in conveying to you our appreciation for the fine service provided by you and your staff for the May 19th rehearsal dinner prior to our daughter’s wedding on May 21st. You will recall, we originally planned a couple of tents for the reception at the Grosse Pointe Club, but later amended to two tents with flooring and Astro turf, china and utensils at our home for the rehearsal dinner. There was a separate team for the delivery and setup and then the take-down and pickup. I was very impressed with both teams and their courteous manner, the caution they used in the garden area, the efficiency displayed and their willingness to take any steps required to satisfactorily provide the service.
